Shipping policy

Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 1pm (Spain GMT) will be processed and mailed the next business day.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email & the shipping tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam inbox.

Après Ski is not responsible for any payment custom costs.

Shipping

For European purchases with standard shipments, the delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days from the order date until 1:00 p.m.

For European purchases with express shipments, the delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days from the order date until 1:00 p.m.

For international purchases with standard shipments, the delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days from the order date until 1:00 p.m.

For international purchases with express shipments, the delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days from the order date until 1:00 p.m.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.

Après Ski is not responsible for payment of this duty.

By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.

This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

All international orders are shipped via Correos.

Online exchange policy

We are glad to exchange any full price (without shipping costs), unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your online order.

All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Après Ski is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

All sales are final after 30 days of purchase.

Online return policy

Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost.

Please contact team@apresski.es prior to sending a return or exchange.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible once we receive the product back. Allow up to 7 days since that date for your refund to be processed. Product returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final after 30 days of purchase.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
