Orders placed after 1pm (Spain GMT) will be processed and mailed the next business day.

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 5—15 days from the order date.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.

By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All international orders are shipped via Correos.
Online exchange policy
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order.
All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Après Ski is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
